That is one of the legacy things from the CCIE. There were no other certifications available, when CCIE was introduced.

I am planning on taking the exam next week and do not have the latest spoto. I know this sounds stupid since you are saying Spoto is invalid but if it has 10-20 questions valid, I would take that at this point over knowing 0 of the questions.

I’m not relying solely on dumps to pass as I have been studying too, but anything helps to be honest.
